Operation

To access Veronte Cloud, go to the Veronte Cloud webpage. Access is granted only with valid credentials.

1. Login: In order to access the Veronte Cloud platform, users login requires entering Username and Password in the indicated fields.

   If users do not have credentials or do not know what they are, please contact the support team via the Joint Collaboration Framework opening a Ticket or contact sales@embention.com.

   

   Important

   To access, the account must be confirmed via the email sent to the address provided. The email will contain the following message; simply click on Click here.

   

   Warning

   The following message may appear if users do not have permission to access this platform or if incorrect credentials have been entered. For more information, see the Access Failed - Troubleshooting section of this manual.

   

2. Language: The language can be changed.

3. Dark/light mode: Switches to light/dark mode, changing the display mode of the interface.

4. Embention: Access link to the Embention website.

Once logged in, the following interface is displayed:

1. Users: This panel allows to view and manage the accounts linked to Veronte Cloud.
2. Components: From this panel, devices connected to Veronte Cloud can be viewed and managed.

3. Toolbox: Clicking on this icon will open a new window where users can download the Veronte Toolbox application.

   

   Click 'Download' to obtain the latest version available of Veronte Toolbox.
   By selecting 'Other versions', a previous version can be downloaded.
