Access Failed
If you enter your credentials and the access fails, it may be because your account does not have permission to access this platform.
First, you must confirm with your organization that you are authorized to access the platform, as normally only one user from each organization will have authorization.
Next, another user who already has access should check whether your account has the User manager option enabled in the Users panel:

If the option appears as
, the user account does not have permission to access the Veronte Cloud platform. To grant access, simply enable it from the Options settings of the user account.

Otherwise, if it appear as
, the account has already permission to access the Veronte Cloud platform.In this case, if the message continues to appear and you have have already verified your account with the email sent, please contact the support team via the Joint Collaboration Framework opening a Ticket or contact sales@embention.com.
