Quick Start

Each Joint Collaboration Framework is created automatically when the customer contracts one of our products/services.

To access it, follow the steps below:

1. First, the customer is required to have a GitHub account. If the customer does not have an account, please create one.

2. Then, the customer must request activation of the GitHub user account to which they wish to grant access to the JCF by filling in the following form: Joint Collaboration Framework access request.

3. The specified GitHub user will then receive an email invitation to access the repository.

   If the invitation is not accepted within 7 days, it will “expire”. To obtain a new invitation, the customer must fill in the form again.

From this moment on, it is the customer’s obligation to create a new ticket (issue) every time they want to start a support conversation. Please note that email support will be discontinued and any contact may not be answered.
